Business Development Managers

To build on the Company’s recent successes and support the continuing growth in the business significant investment is taking place in the sales and marketing area of the business for M & E works.

To support the Marketing and Sales Manager it is intended to appoint four Business Development Managers to cover each of the four main sectors of our commercial and industrial activities namely Wind, Rail, CHP and Water working with existing clients and contacts and with responsibility to develop new opportunities throughout the U.K..

Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager working in accordance with the strategy of the business and under the direction of the Marketing and Sales Manager to meet pre-defined targets with regard to identification of leads and winning of profitable work.

To have a good understanding of the technical and construction aspects of the work to be carried out and be able to discuss potential work at the appropriate level with potential clients and provide information to the estimating team where this will ensure a more accurate estimate.
